In this paper,the conventional theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were carried out to show the changes of grouting pressure and the stress-strain field of the whole foundation which is induced by the pressure during grouting treatment for soil cavities in Karst areas with complex geological conditions.The results show that the right and reasonable pressure can not only assure the grout to fill full the cavity but also will not destroy the original structure of the soil.The grouting pressure can be forecasted and controlled accurately by monitoring the rising displacement of soil.
