Five sub-class near-NE structure belts are developed from east to west in the depressed layers of the northern section of west slope of Songliao Basin: Baiyinnuole, Erzhan, Alaxin nose, Jiangqiao and lithologic pinchout belt. Structural evolvement can be divided into three phases: slope embryo development phase, slope successive development phase, slope risen and stabilized phase. The formation of oil and gas enriched zones is controlled by the structural belts, the types of oil and gas reservoir are determined by the structural styles, the enriched degree of oil and gas is mutually dominated by the spread directions of the long tectonic axis and the distribution of the sand bodies.
