摘要
Short-time meteorological warning is necessary for the geo-hazards in the southeastern coast prone to frequent landslides with instant rainfalls by severe convective weather. A warning analysis model of normalized equation is established, in which real-time rainfall, weather forecast and data from monitoring and prevention points are used according to the warning unit. Then Arc-GIS platform is used to build "Guangdong Geo-hazard Warning Information System”. The test with the geo-hazards from 2009 to 2010 in Guangdong proved the system effectiveness.
