///The regional high TiO₂ value in Laping area is advantageous to the enrichment of ilmenite.  According to the comparison between TiO₂ contents in 3 main magmatites and ore-bearing ratio of heavy sand sample of placer, the authors think that the gabbro is the mother rock of ilmenite placer, which is in relation with landform and secondary accumulation condition.
