Determination of Total Arsenic in Environmental Samples by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with PTFE Bomb

摘要
 Standard reference materials were digested with concentrated HNO3, HNO3 + HF and aqua regia in screw top PTFE-lined stainless steel bombs,and total arsenic was determined by hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) .The results indicate concentrated HNO3 is the best digestion regent. The results were consistent with the referenced values,and the recovery of arsenic in spiked certified reference materials ranged from 99.9% ~ 105.6%.Arsenic in natural duplicate environmental samples was also determined,whose results coincided with those by GB/T22105.2-2008.
