///Wangbei block lies in northwest pitching end of the Wangchang salt swell in the Qianjiang depression, Jianghan basin and is characterized by typical salt lake deposit. This paper describes the characteristics of microfacies based on sedimentary mechanism of the salt lake deposit in the north Wangchang oilfield.
