Sandstone Development Characteristics and Hydrocarbon Enrichment Rules in the Strike-Slip Fault Transfer Zone

Exploration practice shows that reservoir development degree is the main controlling factor of hydrocarbon enrichment in Jinxian area. Therefore, with the utilization of fault transfer zone theory combined with the active characteristics of Tan-Lu fault in Jinxian area, two types of strike-slip fault transfer zones are identified: One is concordant lateral transfer zone, which mainly lies in the east of Jinxian area and controls the distribution of sand- stone reservoirs in tne eastern fault wall of Jinxian area; The other is cocurrent overlapping strike transfer zone which mainly lies in the west of Jinxian area and controls the distribution of sandstone reservoirs in western fault wall of Jinxian area. Besides, subjected to dextral strike-slip movement of Tan-Lu fracture belt, sand bodies in Dongying Formation show the characteristics of lateral migrating and overlaying from north to south and from depth to shallow. Finally, the "fish-jumping" sandstone distributing pattern in Jinxian area is formed, which help to find out the oil and gas enrichment position ness in north Jinxian area.
