Based on the investigation of the present environmental situation of the urban wastes landfill in Jiangsu Province, the authors found a lot of the historical urban and unsheltered wastes had broken the peripheral ecological environment, severely polluted wastes landfill was a big hidden trouble for urban ecological safety. Based on the frame of ecological environment safety, supported by the technologies of synthetic index and level analysis, the authors established a discriminance for the ecological and geological environment model and ecological and geological environment risk grade.
