Geological Features of Luodian Tremolite Deposit, Guizhou Province, China and Its Prospecting Prediction
摘要
quot;EnDivSummary">The Luodian tremolite (Nephrite) deposit belongs to intrusive magmatic hydrothermal deposit of Yanshan period, and is metallogenic mode for metasomatism. Intrusive rock belongs to diabase of basic hypabyssal rock, invaded stratoid and along stratum between the contact surfaces of Qixia Group (P2q) and Maokou Group (P2m). Wall rock alteration includes tremolite and marmorization. The rock can be divided into marmorization and tremolite from inside to outside. Tremolite ore bodies occur in the outer contact zone of the Maokou Formation, with bedding production. Ore belt’s thickness is about 10~30 meters, and contains more than 10 layers of ore body. The orebody shape is bedded mainly and partly lenticular, with the thickness of 0.05~0.3 m. Five ribbon diabase were found, with outcrop 3~35 km in length, with good prospecting perspective.
