For the buried active fault in Qingchuan County district of Sichuan Province, the authors use the integrated geophysical exploration method to identify the distribution conditions of the buried active fault in the city districts of the Pingwu-Qingchuan, the specific location and associated parameters of the main fault and its branches through the trench excavation verification to be reliable. There are three hidden faults in Qingchuan County districts, the most northern one is the main fault in the Pingwu-Qingchuan fault. Its general trend is NEE. The middle and south branches are sub-branches of the fault rupture of the Pingwu-Qingchuan fault. Their trends are NE.Their middle and south branches fault ruptures of the 3 buried faults extend to the pebble bed under 2 m beneath the surface.
