The ore body exists in the fault fracture zone of Lower Devonian Lianhuashan Formation Upper Member purple sandstone, which is controlled clear by nearly SN fault fracture zone. The source of metallogenetic material is close related with the deep fluid caused by the structural activity. The ore deposit belongs to the type of middle-low temperature hydrothermal sulfide filling-metasomatism.
