 This paper discussed Oligocene Yaxihu Formation based on the up data of Wudaoliang area 1∶200 000 stream sediment surveys. The authors got the parametric statistics from original data of elements of stream sediment surveys. Through relative abundance, R type cluster analysis and factor analysis, it analyzes the content distribution characteristics of each element and the relationship among elements in strata, it gave a further explanation in strata metallogenesis. It was considered that Yaxihu Formation had a significant high calcium carbonate rock built environment, and Ba, Sr, Ag, As, Cd, Mo had different degrees of enrichment.
