Lingyuan-Beipiao metallogenic belt is situated at east part of Yanshanian Cu-Mo ore-forming belt on the north edge of North China Platform. The geological characteristics of the gold mineralization of the metallogenic belt and ore controlling factors were analyzed in the paper. Gold ore-controlling factors are regarded as “strata-tectonic-magmatic rocks” trinity. There is great potential for ore prospecting in the region.
