摘要
quot;EnDivSummary">Aquifer was once aggressed by seawater in the western section of the Haicheng district in Beihai, Guangxi. Geochemical processes occurring with seawater intrusion is of concern. The research results suggest that after aggression of seawater, the aquifer underwent the dissolution of K-feldspar, dolomite and chlorite, along with mixture directly with freshwater and seawater. Deposition reaction of calcite and illite and liquid-rock reaction such as cation exchange occurred between clay minerals and groundwater, with exchange of Na+ and Ca2+ or Mg2+ (removal of Na+ from solution). The value of dolomite dissolution amount suggests that dolomite took place dissolution reaction, indicating that there has been no dolomitization even happening in this zone.
