High-Resolution Sequence Stratigraphic Correlation and Distribution Characters of Single Sandbodies of Saertu Reservoir in Yingtai Oilfield, Songliao Basin, China
According to the data of the core and dense well log, a high-resolution sequence stratigraphic correlation is made to the Member 2 and 3 of Cretaceous Yaojia Formation of Saertu reservoir in the Yingtai oilfield of SongliaoBasin. The results show that one long-term base-level ascending hemicycle (including 1.5 middle-term cycles, 10 short-term cycles and several super short-term cycles) is well developed. This indicates the change of the accommodation space to sediment supply ratios (A/S) in a vertical direction. The middle-term base-level’s ascending cycle controls the migration of the sand bodies of channels and mouth bars.
