By oil reservoir anatomy and the relation between oil reservoir distribution and spatial distribution of oil accumulation conditions, oil distribution law in FY oil layers in Sanzhao Depression and the influence factors were studied. It was considered that the distribution of oil in FY oil layers in Sanzhao Depression on the section had 3 characteristics: Firstly, oil was mainly distributed in the depth range of 300 m from the bottom of K1qn1 source rocks; secondly, oil was mainly distributed in Fuyu oil layer, a little in Yangdachengzi oil layer; and thirdly, oil was distributed in the upper while water in the lower. The distribution of oil in the plane had 2 characteristics: oil was distributed around the depression in ring zone; and it was accumulated on high fault block. The distribution of oil in FY oil layers in Sanzhao Depression on the section was mainly affected by the depth and horizon of downward migration of oil generated by K1qn1 source rocks and adequacy extent of oil source. The distribution of oil in the plane was mainly affected by the range of downward migration of oil generated by K1qn1 source rocks, the distance from oil source and adequacy extent of oil source.
