Kalagailei Cu-Co-Au deposit is the volcanic hydrothermal deposits in Nalati mineralized belt. The elements in it are mainly Cu and Mo, Co, Au, Pb, Zn. The authors studied uniform temperature, salinity fluid density and pressure of the ore fluid inclusion, and researched the S ,O ,D isotope characteristics of the deposit. It is suggested that the deposit show feature of medium-low temperature, medium-low salt and relatively high density. Depth of mineralization (theoretical depth) is relatively shallow. H-O isotopes composition shows that matallogenic liquid is mainly magma water in early stage, and later rain water participates with the open of matallogenic environment. S isotopes composition shows that source of sulfur is mainly from the upper mantle, with some mixture of strata sulfur.
