///Due to the complex geological structures and broken rock and soil masses, Wushan County is an area where occurred lots of geological hazards such as debris flow, land slide and collapse. By means of the function of spatial analysis and grid calculation from GIS platform, the paper studied how to make the susceptibility zonation by taking Wushan County as an example: 1) select the evaluation factors which influence geological environment seriously, and are easy quantization; 2) determine the weight of each factors by means of the analytic hierarchy process; and 3) make the stack arithmograph layer by rasterizing each factors. Finally, complete the susceptibility zone map of study area by combining calculation results and field survey.
