摘要
Lots of emergencies happened in Wanggongmiao Earth Dam of Zhang Lake Reservoir after construction.There were vertical cracks,6 heavy pipings at the downstream dam toe,3 landslides and many collapses in upstream and downstream slopes,and breakage of culvert under the dam which bringing piping,collapse etc in the dam.An investigation and analysis shows that the dam,foundation and culvert under the dam are all of defects.
