摘要
To shoose suitable determination conditions for apparatus, effect of some reaction acid concentration the fluorescence signal were compared. Elimination of interference from some ions by L-cysteine–thiourea-tartaric acid solution, detection limit of the method is 0.08 μg/g (n=12) for germanium, RSD is 4.8~9.6% (n=12) for germanium in 8 kinds soil national geological standard samples, ΔtgC is 0.002~0.015. The method is suitable for the determination in geological-chemical samples.
