摘要
Based on the study of litho-, bio- and seismic stratigraphy, this paper describes how to use drill cores, well logs, seismic data, paleontological data, and lithostratigraphic data to correlate the Dongying Formation in the Liaodong Bay. The paper also discusses the implications of the stratigraphic correlation scheme for hydrocarbon exploration in the Liaodong Bay.
