The Back Cover image shows a recyclable iridium-based catalyst that precipitates as particles at the end of the dehydrogenation from highly concentrated aqueous formic acid (>20 mol L−1, 80 wt %) to produce gas at a very high pressure (110 MPa, 1100 bar, or 16000 psi). It can be easily separated by filtration and recycled over ten times. This catalyst can tolerate high pressure and it can be operated for 2600 h (3.5 months) providing a very high turnover number of 5 000 000 without losing its activity. These phenomena are advantageous as it divulges the benefits of both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts together.
