PAH levels in imported canned fish were investigated. PAHs levels were moderate to elevated. Carcinogenicity and mutagenicity of PAHs-associated risks were evaluated. Carcinogenic effects on preteens and children through fish dietary intake are likely. Mutagenic toxicities are dominated by high molecular weight PAHs.
