Front-face fluorescence of wine samples combined with PARAFAC and with UPLS-RBL.

Quantification of the main polyphenols present in wine samples without treatment.

The best quantification results in red wine samples, were obtained with U-PLS/RBL.

The obtained results were validated by HPLC.
