A novel method was developed to identify the producing areas of ZNG. E-nose detection was coupled with statistical analysis (PCA, DA, and LDA) for modeling. The identification rate of ZNG can reach more than 90%. Differences in odors between ZNG and NZNG were validated by GC–MS analysis.
