25 resveratrol and the Mono-carbonyl analogs of curcumin (MCAs) hybrids were designed and synthesized. Most of compounds exhibited excellent anti-inflammatory activity with low toxicity in vitro. The vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory activity evaluation of the most potential hybrids compounds were performed. Compound a18 was found to be a promising lead compound as an ALI therapeutic agent for further study.
