In Ovo injection of vitamins D3 and K3 can improve the growth performance; and have positive effect on bone calcification and immune system responses of male broilers. The application of in ovo injection of vitamins D3 and K3 have the synregeayst effects on male broilers. The 0.4 μg D3 and 6 μg K3 has an effective role on the pattern of growth performance, bone strength, increased SRBC and PHA antibody titer.
