Preparation of ITH12674-HP-β-CD inclusion complex is described. The Inclusion complex enhanced ITH12674 stability against pH and temperature. The inclusion complex exerts identical pharmacological properties of ITH12674. The inclusion complex allows the oral administration of ITH12674.
