CREB was identified as a proto-oncogene involved in leukemogenesis.

We used bioinformatics methods to uncover the potential molecular networks and critical genes regulated by CREB.

Our results identified candidate gene sets to guide research on the mechanisms of CREB during leukemogenesis.
