An amperometric electrode based on Fe NPs and MWCNTs for detecting amino acids has been successfully fabricated.
It was revealed that amino acids can formed well complex with Fe NPs in the electrolyte solution with 8.0 pH.
The bulk sensing layer is in favor of renewing electrode through gently smoothing resulting a long lifetime.
17 amino acids in hypothalamus microdialysis fluids of guinea pigs have determined.
