Theorems with defined necessary and sufficient conditions for chaos appearance in cascade nonlinear systems are given. Proofs of the above theorems are given both analytically and using Matlab M-files. M-files for bifurcation diagrams and phase portraits of the neighboring cascades’ outputs are given for the first time. Results can be applied in systems with cascade connected transporters for transporting plastic or rubber strip materials.
