The Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a key tool of e-health national programs. Primary Health Care and First Aid Department doctors use the EHR intensively. Hospital Clinical Unit Doctors are making use of the EHR increasingly. The standard deviation of EHR using Outpatient Care Specialists is wide. Citizens access their EHR only occasionally.
