Coated protease supplementation enhanced ADG during finisher phase and overall period. Coated protease supplementation increased AME and the retention of DM, GE and nitrogen in starter phase. Coated protease supplementation improved gut morphology in starter phase. Coated protease supplementation improved carcass traits of broilers. Sorghum-soybean meal diets had a similar effect on the performance of broilers to corn-soybean meal diets.
