Identified Indian states having higher relative risk for HIV using model based approach with potential covariates. Used both neighborhood and distance based weight matrix in model building. Modeled the HIV incidence using various conditional autoregressive priors in Bayesian approach. Fitted the best model and estimated the HIV incidence and represented the relative risk geographically.
