Evaluation of photo-activated disinfection effectiveness with methylene blue against Porphyromonas gingivalis involved in endodontic infection: An in vitro study
Biofilm activity of Porphyromonas gingivalis was decreased following incresing of doses of photo-activated disinfection (PAD). High doses of sublethal PAD induced antibacterial efficacy against P. gingivalis. MB-mediated PAD significantly inhibited biofilm formation ability of P. gingivalis.
