Sb/SbOx/graphene was synthesized through a two-step wet chemical process. Sb/SbOx/graphene was applied as sodium-ion battery anode. Moderate amount of NaBH4 improved the electrochemical performance. Sb/SbOx/graphene delivers a rechargeable capacity of 311.6 mAh g−1 after 100 cycles.
