Organizational policy, attitude, and behavioral control predict intention to incorporate audience feedback in news work. But descriptive norm was not a significant predictor. Behavioral intention predicts use of Twitter and web analytics to incorporate audience feedback in editorial decisions. Organizational policy and behavioral control predict actual web analytics use. Descriptive norm and behavioral control predict actual Twitter use.
