We developed a biosensor based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) microporous metal-organic framework (MMOF).
The MIP was prepared by electro-polymerization of p-aminothiophenol functionalized gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs).
The biosensor was used for the determination of Tetracycline (TC) in honey.
The limit of detection (LOD) was 2.24 × 10−16 M.
The recoveries of TC are in the range of 101.8 %−106.0 % with a relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤ 8.3%.
