A longer CAG repeat length has an influence on the dissociation of structural covariance network in SCA3. The CAG repeat length is uncorrelated with the progression rate of SARA score of SCA3 patients. The CAG repeat length is uncorrelated with the degeneration of cerebellar function and structure of SCA3 patients.
