A dual system was prepared based on PLGA and CS microspheres for dual delivery. Dual R-PLGA and F-CS microspheres were evenly immobilized on surface of HA scaffolds. Compressive strengths of HA scaffolds were enhanced by alginate from 1.06 to 1.55 MPa.
