Petroleum accumulation in the deeply buried reservoirs in the northern Dongying Depression, Bohai Bay Basin, China: New insights from fluid inclusions, natural gas geochemistry, and 1-D basin modeling
文摘
Natural gas derived from kerogen and crude oil has been recognized using carbon isotope data. The API gravities of oil inclusions and reservoir oil were used to analyze contributions to petroleum accumulations. Gas condensates generated from highly mature kerogen and from gas injection into pre-existing oil were identified. The pressure-volume-temperature-composition (PVTX) evolution of petroleum were reconstructed. Kerogen cracking gas and oil cracking gas accumulation models were developed.
