Exploits synergies between RSSI and camera measurements in tracking with Wireless Camera Networks. Information-driven approach and computed efficiently in a distributed manner by all cluster nodes. Each node uses camera-based target estimates to dynamically adapt its RSSI model to the environment. Sensor selection method activates/deactivates individual sensors balancing accuracies and energy consumptions of camera and RSSI. Emerging self-regulated effect reduces energy consumption 40% w.r.t. reported works.
