Insights into specificity, redundancy and new cellular functions of C/EBPa and C/EBPb transcription factors through interactome network analysis

Proteomic analysis identifies novel CEBPa and CEBPb binding partners. C/EBPa is a component of large complex containing RUVBL1, RUVBL2 and subunits of RFC complex. Enrichment tests detect statistical significant novel pathways associated with C/EPBa and C/EBPb proteomes. Differential annotation analysis of C/EBPa and C/EBPb interactomes shows their functional specificity and redundancy.
