A high-selectivity electrochemical sensor for ultra-trace lead (II) detection based on a nanocomposite consisting of nitrogen-doped graphene/gold nanoparticles functionalized with ETBD and Fe3O4@TiO2 core-shell nanoparticles
The ETBD exhibited the nitrogen donor atoms to make a stable complexation with Pb2+ in capturing with extreme sensitivity and selectivity. The combine of Fe3O4@TiO2@NG@Au and ETBD facilitates the formation of more stable and more coherent conductive sites. The NG was served as nanocarrier to immobilize Au NPs, Fe3O4@TiO2 and ETBD. The synergistic effect of Fe3O4@TiO2@NG@Au@ETBD was applied to improve the sensitivity and selectivity. The aptasensor displayed low detection limit of 7.5 × 10−13 mol/L for Pb2+.
