A slight change on Deng’s proposed technique for flexural toughness was made. The steel fiber effectiveness on pre-peak behavior was superior over the post-peak behavior. The interfacial zone at aggregates/paste was not the weakest link in SFLWC. The optimal steel fiber of 2.0% was proposed in SFLWC.
