The hollow block ventilated wall is introduced. A semi-dynamic heat transfer model is presented for thermal performance evaluation. The heat transfer model is a coupled model of the ORC model and the NTU model. The experimental study is conducted for validating the dynamic heat transfer model. The calculated results by using the model agree well with the tested values.
