A dual-parameter sensor based on Hi-Bi PCF is proposed. A controllable RI sensor can be achieved by filling adjustable MF materials. Directional coupling is introduced to solve the cross-sensitivity problem. Resonance coupling can reduce photo-elastic effect and improve the accuracy.
