Feasibility study for development of candidate reference material for food analysis: Chloramphenicol in milk powder

This is a preliminary study to provide a new tool for quality assurance of milk. The powder milk batch was prepared from incurred cow milk. The study involved the evaluation of water content and mass fraction of CAP. The association of two processes was the best way for the production of powdered milk. The production of a homogeneous candidate CRM of CAP in milk was feasible.
