Optimizing PiB-PET SUVR change-over-time measurement by a large-scale analysis of longitudinal reliability, plausibility, separability, and correlation with MMSE

Measuring change in β-amyloid is critical for studies of Alzheimer's Disease. There is no consensus for optimal change measurement methods using PiB PET. We compare 1,024 variations differing in reference region, PVC, segmentation, etc. Optimal methods use composite supratentorial WM + whole cerebellum SUVR references. Optimal methods also use two-class PVC and resample PiB to MRI voxel space.
