New reverse phase LCMS method for the analysis of wax. Sorghum wax mainly composed of C28 and C30 saturated and unsaturated species. Carnauba wax mainly composed of C50-C60 saturated wax esters. Sorghum wax shows evidence of phytosterol esters.
